Purchasing
Our purchasing department is structured in agile mode, meaning that it can simultaneously support the development of our clients (accountability by project) and make specialists available for each purchasing area (PEMCO, Semiconductor, Mechanical, PCB, etc.) thereby enabling us to respond to specific issues and detailed negotiations from the prospecting phase to the production stage of the different activities.
Supply Chain
Structurée par activité, notre Supply Chain est dédiée au client pour accompagner chacun d’entre eux le plus spécifiquement et efficacement possible. Elle est dynamique, flexible, réactive et focalisée sur le respect de nos engagements. Elle pilote l’ensemble de la chaîne logistique : la prise de commandes, la planification et l’ordonnancement, les approvisionnements auprès de plus de 200 fournisseurs, la gestion et l’optimisation des stocks ainsi que les livraisons de nos produits et services en Europe et au-delà.
