How long will your data be kept?
The company COFIDUR EMS will keep your data for the following durations:
All of the personal data collected from “client” internet users will be kept for the entire duration of the commercial relationship and for a duration of 5 years from the end of the said commercial relationship (for example, from the date of your last purchase, etc.). All of the personal data collected from “prospect or consultant” internet users will be kept for 3 years from the last contact emanating from the internet user (for example, an information request about a product, a click on a hypertext link, etc.).
What are your rights of access to the personal data and how can you exercise these rights?
Any natural person using the service is able to exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition and erasure to the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 38 to 40 of the Law of 6 January 1978 Under Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the natural person may exercise their right to the limitation of processing, the erasure of their data and portability from 25 May 2018 onwards. These rights may be exercised with the company COFIDUR EMS, which collected the personal data, in the following way, by writing to us:
