Codifur EMS is committed to protecting the health and safety of all our staff and contractors, to upholding high quality standards, to protecting the environment and to complying with legislation.

Thanks to the contributions of our partners and customers, we are able to work in synergy with them to put in place an integrated QSE system compliant with the ISO 9001/EN9100, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards as well as all our legal and regulatory obligations.

As part of our commitment to continual improvement, Codifur EMS will:

  • continue to improve safeguards for staff and enhance their working conditions, with input from the CHSCT (H&S and working conditions committee) and external partners such as occupational health teams,
  • strive to fully satisfy our customers, shareholders, staff and other stakeholders, by tailoring industrial performance and service offering to their current and future needs,
  • consider the health and safety, quality and environmental impacts of all decisions and changes to processes and procedures,
  •  consolidate our environmental commitments and become recognised as a good corporate citizen.

To put our Quality, Safety and Environment strategy into practice, we have set the following objectives:

Quality

  • Ensure we retain a technical and technological advance in our core businesses
  • Be responsive and punctual, in partnership with our customers and suppliers
  • Manage and optimise product conformity, manufacturing procedures and processes

Health and safety

  • Operate a Risk Prevention Policy to counter inacceptable risks and in particular manage chemical risks
  • Improve workstation safety

Environment

  • Operate in a manner which prevents pollution and saves and protects resources, especially as regards energy consumption
  • Reduce waste and improve recycling
